Mountain Valley Special Education JPA

The Mountain Valley Special Education JPA is a consortium of small school districts in Shasta County striving to provide a continuum of special education services by employing highly qualified professionals, sharing special education knowledge and expertise, and providing professional development.

A joint powers authority (JPA) is a government entity created by two or more public agencies through a joint powers agreement to jointly exercise powers common to all participating agencies, allowing them to share resources and services effectively.
